As a former Partner of a CBD law firm, General Counsel at a large insurer and managing Lawyer at a FMGC, I have acted for a variety of corporations, insurers, government bodies, and private clients. I have extensive experience in understanding a clients’ issues and business needs. I am adept in obtaining results which are both legally sound and achieve an outcome in line with a client’s overall expectations and strategic objectives. I was awarded Australian Insurance Lawyer of the Year (2019), Lawyers Weekly.

Global

I have over 33 years’ experience in litigation and alternate dispute resolution with extensive experience in advocacy, litigated hearings and dispute resolution.

I have been an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law for over 25 years, am a Member of the NSW Law Society, Specialist Accreditation Personal Injury Advisory Committee and am an Adjunct Lecturer in the College of Law, Practical Legal Training Program and Clinical Experience Module.

I have been involved in complex, multi-party and cross-jurisdictional matters, often involving catastrophic injuries and significant liability issues. I have extensive experience in achieving settlements via mediation/alternative dispute resolution and conducting matters to a full Court Hearing.
