Values

I enjoy collaborating with clients to find solutions to their legal problems.   For me, the most rewarding part of private practice is helping clients achieve their desired outcomes. I pride myself on working closely with my clients and their other advisers to find commercially pragmatic and effective solutions to their legal issues.

Business

I have worked in private practice and in-house for over 35 years.  Many of my clients are technology companies, ranging from start-ups to publicly listed companies.  I advise on a wide range of commercial issues, including raising capital for private companies, general contract matters, software development and licensing and mergers and acquisitions.

Global

I have worked in-house for two US software vendors and handled all legal affairs across Asia Pacific.  I continue to act for US-based and European-based companies.

Bachelor of Political Science (Hons) from the University of California, San Diego.

Juris Doctor (Law Degree) from the University of California, Berkeley.
