Koffels Solicitors and Barristers recently secured a significant legal victory in a case against the Catholic Diocese of Wagga Wagga on behalf of a survivor who endured sexual abuse at the hands of Father Vincent Kiss.

Koffels historical institutional abuse team are seeking witnesses to possible child sexual abuse by a “Brother Geoffrey” who taught at St Gregory’s College Campbelltown between at least 1990–1991.

We are looking for witnesses who could provide any information on Trevor Halse, who we understand was a volunteer Scout Master in Queensland, South Australia and New South Wales, over the period from 1961 to 2015
