Our client is making a claim for personal injury arising from the physical and sexual abuse she suffered whilst a student at Swan Hill North Primary School. Our client attended Swan Hill North Primary School from prep class in 1966 to grade 6 in 1973. In about 1969, while in grade 3, her teacher began sexually abusing her right through to grade 6.
