During this period, Brother David Standen, also known as William Peter Standen, served as the Deputy Principal. Allegations have surfaced regarding inappropriate conduct and abuse during his tenure.

About Brother David Standen

Brother David Standen has a history of abuse allegations. He has previously pleaded guilty to multiple charges of indecent assault on boys aged 12 to 14 during his tenure at St Patrick’s College, Goulburn, between 1978 and 1981. His actions have had long-lasting impacts on those who survived his institutional child sexual abuse, many of whom have suffered from ongoing trauma and mental health issues.
