Marist Brothers Penshurst, like many other Marist Brothers schools, has a frightening history of child sexual abuse. Some of the perpetrators associated with Marist Brothers Penshurst include: Brother Kostka, Brother Norman Keyes, Greg Hammond, Bill “Jedda” Allen and the infamous Robert “Dolly” Dunn.

We are conducting a thorough investigation into allegations of abuse perpetrated by Nicholas Frampton, who was a music teacher at Kardinia International College in Bell Post Hill, Geelong, Victoria, during the mid-2000s.

the findings of the Beaumaris Inquiry into schools during the 1960s and 1970 focussed on Beaumaris Primary School and the historical child sexual abuses perpetrated by Graham Steele, Darrell Ray, David MacGregor and “Wyatt”.

Arthur Henry Eaton, a state school teacher, was convicted in 1996 of 25 counts of indecently assaulting nine boys.

Among the accused at Marists ‘La Valla’ Juniorate in Bowral was Brother “Denis” Martin, also known as Raymond Martin, who was reported to have regularly sexually assaulted boys at the Juniorate between 1956 to 1958.
