Our client is making a claim for personal injury arising from the physical and sexual abuse she suffered whilst a student at Swan Hill North Primary School said to have been perpetrated by a teacher, Mr Arblaster (now deceased). Our client attended Swan Hill North Primary School from prep class in 1966 to grade 6 in 1973. In about 1969, while in grade 3, her teacher began sexually abusing her right through to grade 6.
It is possible that pre-1969 abuses at Swan Hill North Primary School during the period between the late 1960s to mid-1970s are also relevant to our enquiries.
During the above periods, we are aware that other children allege they were sexually assaulted at Swan Hill North Primary School.
