It is great pleasure I write this review of my experience with Koffles.

After my initial experience with The Redress Scheme I had become even more disillusioned with the legal fraternity.

It was suggested I contact Koffles in regards to my experience in the NSW Scouts.

From the moment I made telephone contact with Koffles, I felt reassured and at ease. At every stage of the journey, I felt heard and supported. The team’s level of professionalism, compassion and commitment to my case was of the highest standard. The team was diligent, upfront and incredibly supportive.

The outcome of my case was not what I expected, it was more than I could of hoped for.

The most important thing I regained was my belief in our legal fraternity. After many, many years of not trusting institutions and those involved in them, I was shown time and again by the team at Koffels that there is justice for those who have been victimised by powerful institutions. And, that Koffels is a team of people absolutely dedicated to assisting their clients in this process.
