Call for Witnesses

Koffels Solicitors and Barristers is currently seeking information from anyone who recalls
Noel Greenaway, who served as a staff member at Ormond School between June 1973 and January 1974.

Ormond School, located in Westleigh, formed part of a broader network of NSW  government-run institutions for young people. The site underwent several name changes over time, including

• Thornleigh Girls’ Home,
• Thornleigh Training School for Girls,
• Ormond Training School and later the
• Ormond Regional Youth Centre.

These institutional shifts make witness accounts especially important when reconstructing events from the early 1970s.
