Jess has extensive work experience in the corporate and commercial areas of law, in particular in acting for international clients in complicated corporate and commercial transactions. Jess worked at several multinational law firms including the US firm, Shearman and Sterling’s Hong Kong office, and held the position of in-house Head of Legal for a leading Chinese financial services institution where she gained practical financial services experience from a business perspective.
