To listen, in order to understand my client’s needs and goals; in order to help them in resolving their matter, wherever possible, quickly and without the need for recourse to the Court.

Aim to provide accurate, pragmatic and cost efficient advice to the client and to outline the client’s options in terms of negotiation, mediation and litigation.

Increasingly, clients’ matters involve one or more international aspects, whether that is, for example, overseas property that needs to be valued, international business interests, an international relocation with children or withholding children overseas.

Due to our international experience and particularly strong international alliances with overseas firms, we are well placed and geared towards assisting clients who have a matter involving cross-border aspects as well as their domestic concerns.

Education:  Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Masters of Law (Family Law), Completion Independent Children’s Lawyer Training Program & Advocacy Course, (Australian Institute of Advocacy).
